Unlocking New Frontiers in Mental Health

Support Our Pioneering Cannabis-Assisted Psychedelic Therapy Study

Imagine a world where PTSD and anxiety no longer hold millions in their grip. PTSD affected 13 million people in the US alone in 2020 and is a leading cause of disability. Despite the widespread use of SSRIs, many individuals still struggle with severe symptoms. Anxiety often accompanies PTSD, further diminishing the quality of life and reducing life spans.

Traditional psychedelics like psilocybin and MDMA have shown immense promise in treating these conditions, but legal restrictions limit their use. We believe cannabis, a legally accessible psychoactive substance, holds similar potential. Our groundbreaking study aims to explore this possibility and we need your support to make it a reality.

We will meticulously examine changes in brainwave patterns (EEG), anxiety, depression, and psychological flexibility following Cannabis-Assisted Psychedelic Therapy (CAPT) sessions. Additionally, we will measure changes in mystical experiences and altered states.

Our Goals

We aim to uncover whether cannabis can induce brainwave patterns similar to traditional psychedelics and establish the optimal dosage for these therapeutic sessions. Our study also seeks to determine if cannabis can facilitate positive psychedelic experiences with minimal adverse effects.  We work with adults aged 21-70 who are suffering from PTSD and are comfortable with cannabis but are not regular users and have no history of adverse experiences with it.
